In this vinyasa based class we connect the movement to the breath. It is an improvisational free-flow vinyasa style class. Smoothly flow your way into each pose. The breath is an important part of the flow as your instructed to move from pose to the next pose on an inhale or an exhale. Be prepared to sweat!!!

Warm Flows done in an 80 degree room.
In this All-Levels class we connect the movement to the breath.

POWER FLOW
A vigorous, empowering vinyasa flow that takes you through breath work and movements to strengthen you from the inside out. This is an all-levels class. Be prepared to sweat!

VIN YIN
This sequence starts with a Vinyasa practice (connecting the breath and movement, flowing through the links of the poses. The second half is followed by a restorative yin yoga practice. The Vinyasa portion warms the body up and rids your body of excess Pranam, or energy. After this, your body is ready to relax and lengthen during the Yin Yoga portion. It is a great combination. It starts the process of creating balance, from the inside out.

Yin Yoga helps to deepen flexibility, increase your range of motion, and relieve stress. This meditative, healing practice is made up of passive floor poses held over longer periods of time. It benefits connective tissues, joints, and bones. Balance your yoga practice or recover from a workout —and whatever life throws at you! Appropriate for all levels.
OFF THE WALL
A fun class for intermediate to advanced students using the wall to help with shoulder openers, hip openers, back bends, and inversions. This is the place you want to be if you ever wanted to see life from a different perspective – upside down! Head stands, hand stands, scorpion pose and so much more.
OFF THE WALL YIN
Yin Yoga helps to deepen flexibility, increase your range of motion, and relieve stress. This meditative, healing practice that utilizes the wall is made up of passive poses held over longer periods of time. It benefits connective tissues, joints, and bones. Balance your yoga practice and join us for a restorative experience like none other! Appropriate for all levels; prenatal and senior friendly.
RECOVERY FLOW
Sore, tight, tense muscles lead to injury. This class has been proven to help increase range of motion, quicken recovery time, improve workouts, decrease back pain, and ease tension throughout the entire body. Dynamic movements, profound breathing, and deep stretches held for a long period of time are all included in this class. Utilize Recovery Flow as an adjunct to your difficult workouts!

CORE FLOW
A fusion of traditional yoga poses with core strength & stabilization exercises. This fitness flow will awaken the body & mind, creating balance on the mat & into the rest of your day. Set to motivating music in a heated room. Get ready to rise & sweat!

DON'T MEDICATE, MEDITATE!
Get high on your own supply as Janet guides you into a peaceful meditation. This light vinyasa will be followed by a guided mediation and reiki healing. It's the perfect way to finish a busy week! Come in, tune into yourself, and let it ALL go!!
ASHTANGA: THE REMIX
This traditional practice is a healing process of cleansing and toning for the body, mind, and senses. Yoga presented in this combination of poses can be a self-empowering process which instills within its practitioners a confidence and a deep understanding of oneself, both subtle and gross. The asanas are arranged in a time tested sequence designed to specifically align the body & strengthen the nervous system. We review the Breath, Locks, Flow, & Gaze in every session. This mindless movement becomes meditative movement. The Remix happens as a short form of this beautiful practice that would normally take +2 hours in the Full Flow.
MINDFUL MONDAYS
Restorative flow, perfect for starting the week! We will match breath with movement to slowly open our bodies, welcoming in some relaxation and restoration! Class closes with a short meditation and a sweet shavasana.
LONG SLOW DEEP
Spin on Yin. Let go, explore, and learn to love and move your body in a deep healing way. This restorative flow is slower and deeper than any of our other vinyasa. We give you what you love about yin while we guide our bodies into the next movement. This class is all levels.
HOT FLOW
Warm flows done in 92-95 degree room. In this intermediate class, we connect the movement to the breath. It is an improvisational free-flow vinyasa style class. Smoothly flow into each pose. The breath is an important part of the flow as your instructed to move from one pose to the next on inhale and exhale. Be prepared to sweat!
YOUTH YOGA
The price provides yoga for the parent and their child 3-11 years old we will also provide yoga mats if you do not already have one. Drop in price of $15.00 for parent and child + $5.00 for each additional child. Kids 7 and up are welcome to regular scheduled classes. Parents best judgment. This is not a spectator sport. Adult must take class.
